Hi!

I am a certified yoga teacher, accredited bythe British Wheel of Yogaas well as an integral yoga teacher accredited by International Integral Yoga Institute.

I had practiced yoga for years before I finally chose it as my path and decided to resign from a career in a corporation at the same time. Yoga has changed my life; it still has a positive impact not only on my health and body but also on my mind and the world surrounding me. I believe it can also change your life!

I combine different styles of yoga in my classes. I focus on breathing exercises, body strengthening, mobility & flexibility improving exercises in the physical practice, but my mail goal is to inspire my students to understand and get to know their bodies, finding and focusing on parts which require our attention. I would like to show you, that your own body is your inner teacher. I encourage you to self-exploration and self-acceptance.

I think that everyone is fit enough and good enough to do yoga. You don’t have to be fit, young, strong or flexible to start yoga. It is enough if you are ready to explore your body, willing to work with your body and ready to change your habits.

Once we look at our bodies with kindness, we may start to look at ourselves with kindness and at our life and others with kindness. This is the power of yoga.

Classes

I run individual classes or small groups in my yoga studio in Zoliborz in Warsaw.

My classes are always tailored to your needs and health. It can be more intensive, functional yoga classes focused on strengthening and stretching, also vinyasa flow classes, or more restorative classes, focused on releasing tension and stress, finding your calm and restoring balance in your body.
